Also, Pine Ridge High School’s FFA is having a Rummage Sale on Saturday, from 8 AM – 1 PM at 349 Sheryl Dr. Deltona. All the proceeds go to the medical bills of a FFA student who was involved in severe car accident.

Jackie Robinson Ballpark is hosting a Groundbreaking Ceremony tomorrow, Thursday, August 15th for their upcoming $30 million renovation! Gates open at 4:30 and the ceremony starts at 5:15. I’m so excited to see what they have in store 🙂

DeLeon Springs residents can now receive up to $10,000 in rebates for septic system upgrades!

Make a positive environmental impact and enjoy significant savings on your septic system upgrade! The rebates apply to existing conventional septic system upgrades at single or two-family residences or mobile homes within the DeLeon Springs’ priority focus area.

Why Upgrade?

The Basin Management Action Plan mandated by the State of Florida requires all properties under one acre, equipped with conventional septic systems within DeLeon Springs’ priority focus area, to undergo an upgrade to a nitrogen-reducing system within a 20-year timeframe. This crucial enhancement aims to minimize nitrogen discharge, safeguard our water resources, and maintain the natural beauty of our region.
